Currently Needed Items

The items listed here are those currently needed by Lifeshare.

When you purchase a donation through this store, your exact purchased item is sent directly to Lifeshare. They can then distribute or use the donated items as required, making a real, tangible difference to someone's life. It also means that they don't have to spend money donations on items, and can instead use it for those things only money can buy.

There is no minimum order size, and all items include free delivery.

Lifeshare don’t pay for our service, and we use just £0.50 of the item prices below to cover our transaction costs and price fluctuations from our suppliers. We don't profit from the sale of any items on the website, and instead rely on corporate sponsorship to keep us running.

More About Lifeshare

Lifeshare is Manchester’s oldest charity dedicated to supporting homeless and vulnerable people in Greater Manchester. Established in 1984 by a group of volunteers who recognised the lack of support for the city’s increasing number of rough sleepers and Lifeshare began. In the following decades, Lifeshare initiatives would become fundamental to the efforts in tackling homelessness in Manchester.

Lifeshare has evolved as the needs of Manchester’s most vulnerable people have changed over the past four decades. We started by providing food to rough sleepers from a burger van before pioneering sexual health support and needle exchanges for sex workers. The last decade has seen Lifeshare at the forefront of the fightback against Spice and leading the way in supporting young people with complex needs.

Welcome to Lifeshare's item donation shop! Here you can browse and purchase the items that Lifeshare need this month. We then make sure your donation is delivered directly to their door.

Lifeshare is a voluntary organisation established to help meet the needs of homeless and vulnerable people in Manchester and Salford. The first point of contact is with people on the streets, offering practical assistance, support and information. From this point they offer continued assistance that enables people to secure suitable accommodation, support them in maintaining their tenancies, and help them to access initiatives that carry their lives forward.

This shop was created and is maintained by The Hope Revolution CIC for free, on behalf of Lifeshare.
