Helping Hands Portsmouth is a community charitable group that is run entirely by volunteers. Bev Saunders founded the group after seeing a need on the streets.  They regularly go out and distribute hot, nutritious food, drinks and anything else that is needed to Portsmouth's homeless and vulnerable community.
